It could be that your bank thinks the request is fradulent. It could be several different reasons. In order to determine which of these many reasons it is and what needs to be done about it, you should contact the Billing department because they'll have access to the highly sensitive information on your payment requests and their status. In the meantime, you may want to try to contact us via the Billing department and explain the history to them as they may can provide you with quicker assistance while we work out the error with the application on our side. Everyone: We have made further modifications to the applications over the weekend. Could you pelase try clearing your browser cache and cookies and try to access the services again? If the errors still occur, please let me know. Also, please provide all of the information requested in the first post (I'm reposting it below as well). Please understand that the reason I'm requesting this information is so we can check it against our logs and determine exactly what is going on when we're unable to reproduce the error on our own machines. I understand that the issue is generally not related to a browser or a pop-up blocker (though NoScript sometimes doesn't play as nicely as it should). Also, any payment rejections will need to be directed to the Billing department as that is a completely different series of issues that may or may not be related to the generic "there's been an error" issues so many of you are seeing. As the Billing department can determine where the payment rejection occured and why, they are the best ones to contact for assistance with payment rejections.
